“All students need to use the space and time available to review the lessons. I hope the results of this year's student exams are better than last semester.

“During the MCO period, UMK has also opened the UMK Covid-19 Movement Room which operates 24 hours as a student reference centre. Any inquiries or assistance can be made to the officer on duty,” he said.
Meanwhile, Prof. TS. Dr. Zaliman said providing free food assistance is given to all students who are still on campus (residential colleges and rented houses).

“This will help ease the burden and difficulty of students in obtaining food supplies during  MCO period.

“This initiative by UMK is to ensure the health and safety of UMK citizens especially students are safe wherever they are.

"This is to ensure that the movement of students is controlled and in accordance with the instructions and guidelines issued by the National Security Council, the Ministry of Higher Education (MHE) and the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) from time to time," he said.
